The silk road

As some of you know aroun there I'm thinking about come back to Europe byland, travelling throughthe Silk Road. Travel it isone of my dreams since with ten years Iread in a comic that Marco Polo had travelled from Venice to Pekin crossing desserts, huge mountainsand many other dangers.
Since the moment that here inKathmandu I started to think about it I went to some libraries to find information. And what I have found has made me feel even more eager to do it. I haven't found nothing that could reach my curiosity. It look like there's no guides, and in internet the information is also insuficient. It seems more like an aventure to me, sicne there's no too much information. Like my dream. That morning I was running from libraries to libraries, trying to life faster and so reach the moment to start the adventure before. But time has always, or nearly always, the same speed. Someday I will explain in a scientific way the title of my blog, because it just speak about it.
What I found that mornings where jsut some books, written by the explorersthat made it before, like diaries, and some other history books of some countries that talk about it briefly.
The moment is far away, I have to do a lot of things here before in Asia, and ho nows if at the end Iwill be able to do it really. Another fact is do it alone.. if someone is interesting when the moment is come, will be welcome.
If in hte summer I go to Pekin, for the Olimpic games I'm thinking on do it a piece of the south branch. New Delhi-Lahore-Islamabad-Merv, crossing the Hindu Kush.
