Nepal's situation

As you have read, I'm gonna be around Nepal some time. But, at the same time that I'm looking for a room, I'm thinking how to get out of thecountry, if the situation becomes worst. Nowdays, the chance es come back to Europe or go to Thailand by plane, because I don't need visa. India or China are imposile right now. To India I have to wait to my visa to expiry, until April. China is imposible because the acces is through tibet, close if you don't go with a tour, something taht I don't like. In fact, if a go to the Olympic games, I will go crossing all China, so theorically I will not have that problem that exist in the frontier with Nepal or India.
But what's the situation that maybe I will have to run away from?
After a civil war, the country is really weak. There is a king, that doesn't have to muchpower, but that wants the power. There is aparlament, with seven partys together to create a constitution that will not have space for a king. There is a maoist, communist, paramilitar group, now in peace, with centres an armed men all around the country. In two months there are elections, or maybe not.
The seven partys want the elections, create the new parlament that will create the new constitution and all the proces... but the king not, and he is trying with his small power to stablish the anarquy, war, and take again the power. At the same time, it seems that the maoist group is not totally quiet and is still taking positions in some places around the country. Tha parlament, the goverment, doesn't have enough power or ability to rule over the country properly and peoples is complaining about it and dissapointed with the democracy. In general, too much hands wanted the power that right now is too much divided.
At the same tiem, in the Terai, there are problems. The Terai is close to the India, it's a reache area and everything that comes to Nepal from India, so everything, pass the Terai. In the Terai people wants to become independt, so to press the nepal goverment, they are blocking the transport. So in Kathmandu, there's no too much petrol, gas, rie, and a lot of other products. The situation is close to a crisis.
But in the terai, there's mora than one band, each cast wants its own country, so the violence is daily between them and against tehe police or army. Ther is marcial law in five cities of the Therai.
